  • Free Shipping: For orders over $50 via EMS, estimated delivery 15-25 business days after shipment

Delivery times are estimates only. We currently ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote regions.

4.3 Delivery Issues

5. Returns and Refunds

  • Items are unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging
  • You initiate the return request within 15 days
  • You provide proof of purchase (order number)

5.2 Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used Automatic Chemical Feeders
  • Opened Closing Kits & Chemicals
  • Custom-cut Center Step Safety Pool Covers
  • Any installed or used products

5.3 Return Process

To initiate a return:

  2. Receive our Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
  3. Ship items to our facility with the RMA number clearly marked

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

5.4 Refunds

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days after we process your return, minus any original shipping fees (unless the return is our error).
